1. Use of the web portal

ifm has given you a personal user name and a corresponding password so that you can use this web portal. This ensures that you can log into the portal and can activate the contents of the web portal which is otherwise protected. By assigning a personal user name ifm will be able to track when you log in and which sections of the web portal you use.

2. Secrecy

You undertake to treat the obtained information obtained via the web portal as strictly confidential and especially not to make it - neither directly nor indirectly - accessible or disclose it to any third party without prior written consent of ifm.

3. Term of the agreement

This agreement shall enter into force upon agreeing to this form and can be terminated by either party without notice. The duty of secrecy concerning the respective findings and documents shall basically remain effective for. At the end of the cooperation or termination of this contract, provided documents shall be returned to ifm and copies which may have been made shall be destroyed.

4. Other

Collateral agreements, subsequent additions and amendments to this agreement and this clause shall be made in writing to become effective. If provisions of this agreement are or become legally ineffective or if a loophole arises, the validity of the other provisions of the agreement shall remain unaffected. In this case the ineffective provision shall be interpreted to be as close as possible to what has been intended by the parties, as permitted by law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction shall be Essen.
